Hello Bel Aire Estates Neighbors!
We are a family of six, two adults, two boys aged 11 and 6, and two grandparents that will be living with us.
We currently live in Petaluma after briefly living in Stuttgart Germany. Before that, we have lived in Moraga, and in San Francisco for many years. We even lived aboard a boat in Emeryville for a time some years ago.
Keri works for Sony Interactive Entertainment in San Francisco. She manages several web development teams. She and her teams are responsible for portions of the PS5 online gaming user experience.
Cary has been a commercial insurance broker for more than thirty (30) years. Among other things, he specializes in insurance for residential contractors and developers.
It has been our dream for many years to live in Marin for the weather, the schools, and lifestyle. After many twists and turns, we began looking for a home for our family in Southern Marin in 2021. Many of you may know what a challenge that has become. We made unsuccessful offer after unsuccessful offer. We even attended a probate hearing. That was an experience.
In the Fall of 2021, we were preparing another bid for a property in Corte Madera that needed a ton of work. On the way for one last look, we are so fortunate that the listing for 283 Cecilia Way hit the market that morning. We immediately knew we had to have it. Never in our wildest dreams had we imagined living in Tiburon, but we are so pleased it worked out. We are especially blessed that our house will be in the Bel Aire Estates Neighborhood. There is no better neighborhood, neighbors, or site in Tiburon.
As real estate values have risen, construction costs have also risen. After 18 months of design, construction budgets, and logistics, we are finally ready to move forward.
With this website, we intend to share our specific design goals, details of our plans, and aspects we believe make it a great fit for the Bel Aire Estates neighborhood.
